Delivery

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

  1. Check the delivery date - You can find your estimated delivery window in your Order Despatched email.
  2. Track the order online - Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.
  3. Contact us - If the date has passed, please contact our Customer Services Team.

We use Royal Mail or DPD to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them.

  • $5.75 included GST - Delivered within 3-5 business days via courier

Currently, Solgar.co.nz only ships in New Zealand. We hope to offer international shipping again in the near future.

Subscriptions

Our "Subscribe & Save" subscription service ensures you will never run out of your chosen supplements and for your loyalty, we offer 10% off when you subscribe. You have complete flexibility to pause, reschedule or cancel at any time.

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account and clicking the "Manage Subscriptions" tab from the top left-hand menu. You can update delivery schedules, billing info, or reactivate subscriptions.

Please log into your account, go to "Manage Subscriptions", click "Actions" next to the item, and select "Cancel". Select a reason and confirm. If already dispatched, you will need to return it for a refund.

Log into your account, click the "Manage Subscriptions" tab, click "Actions" next to the subscription, select "Cancel", and follow the prompts.

Log into your account, click "Manage Subscriptions", then click "Add Product". Search for the product, adjust settings, and click "Add Product".

Payment

You can pay with one of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

Discount codes can be applied in the 'Discount' box shown on the 'Order Summary' on the first page of the Checkout.

Order Issues

If you change your mind once you have placed an order and have not yet received your goods you may be able to cancel your order. Contact us immediately.

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please re-pack it carefully and send it back to us at our Auckland address. We'll refund you if it's incorrect.

Please check your emails to see if an item is out of stock or if your order was sent in separate parcels. If still missing, contact Customer Services with your order number.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number along with details and photos of the fault.

Returns & Refunds

Please wrap items securely, label with your order number, and post back to Solgar in Parnell, Auckland. Items must be in original condition.

Refunds go to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit card or PayPal). It may take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.

Returns usually take up to 7 working days to reach our warehouse and are processed within 7-14 days. Refunds typically take 10 working days.

Product & Stock

We aim to always be in stock, but sometimes demand outstrips supply. Please check the website for restocks or sign up for our emails.

Technical

You can sign up to create an account with us and receive shop news and offers via the links on our website.

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgotten Password" link on the account login page.
