Solgar® Flaxseed Oil 1250 mg contains cold pressed flaxseed oil.
Flaxseed oil is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids, omega 6 fatty acids and omega 9 fatty acids. These essential fatty acids cannot be made within the body and must be supplied by the diet.
Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), found in flaxseed oil, supports cardiovascular health, and supports normal blood cholesterol levels.
The essential fatty acids found in flaxseed oil support the skin, cardiovascular system function, nervous system function and reproductive system function.
