Solgar® 500 mg L-Glutamine contains the non-essential amino acid L-Glutamine.
L-Glutamine is found in large amounts in muscles. It is classified as a non-essential amino acid (i.e. it can be made in the body), but in certain situations the demand for glutamine increases. Natural sources of L-glutamine include grass-fed beef, wild caught fish, cottage cheese, whey powder, asparagus and broccoli. Supplementation with L-glutamine can support normal dietary intake. Solgar® 500 mg L-Glutamine can support normal L-glutamine levels.

Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily, with juice or water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed directions for use.
