Solgar® Maximised L-Glutathione Reduced 250 mg contains the non-essential amino acid L-Glutathione.
Amino acids are found in protein and support several functions within the body. They are classified as “essential” or “non-essential”. Essential amino acids cannot be made within the body and must be supplied by the diet and non- essential amino acids can be made within the body. Amino acids support normal production and function of hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters, antibodies, and nutrient carriers. A suboptimal intake of the essential amino acids increases the body’s need for the non-essential amino acids. Foods that increase amino acid intake are protein foods like meat, beans, cheese, and eggs.
L-glutathione is a non-essential amino acid, and although it can be created within the body, supplementation can support dietary intake. It is an antioxidant which supports normal liver function and normal immune system function.

Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily, with juice or water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed directions for use.
