Solgar® Triple Strength Omega-3, is Solgar’s highest concentration of the Omega 3.
This dietary supplement contains omega 3 fats that nourish the body and supports a healthy heart. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids. They are called essential as the body is not able to make them and we rely on the foods we eat as their source. Dietary sources of EPA and DHA omega-3s include salmon, anchovies, herring, and sardines.
Triple Strength Omega-3 consists of omega-3, EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Both EPA and DHA support normal heart and brain function.
