Solgar® Potassium contains the mineral potassium.
Potassium is an electrolyte and supports several processes, including healthy fluid balance, within the body. It supports normal nervous system and muscle function.
Food sources of potassium include fruit and vegetables, sardines, and sunflower seeds. Eating foods high in potassium can support fluid balance and the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles. For those who don’t get enough potassium from food, taking a dietary supplement can support normal dietary levels.
